The default is to leave a system inside your team through training and coaching. Depending on the industry and the situation, we also go in on execution. What fits is decided in the first conversation.

ICP and buying-committee design, positioning and message architecture, sales process build-out. We start not with the product but with who should remember you, and as what. For market entry the same work continues into local ICP definition, channel and partner mapping, localised outreach and the first reference customers.

Availability depends on industry and product
Sometimes the structure is not enough and the early pipeline has to be built by hand. Outsourced-sales style engagements are possible depending on the industry. Performance-guaranteed contracts are not — we decide what fits in the first conversation.

Use the form below and describe your current situation as concretely as you can.
- 02Review
I look at whether I can genuinely help here, and which format would fit.
- 03A tailored proposal
Within a week you get scope, timeline and cost shaped around your specific situation.
- Diagnosing where your sales motion actually stalls
- Mapping buying signals and the decision structure
- ICP, positioning and message architecture
- The path from PoC to a paid contract
- Market entry strategy and channel discovery
- Where it fits, working the pipeline alongside you
Not every enquiry is accepted. As a one-person practice there is a hard limit on concurrent projects, and I would rather concentrate where my experience clearly helps. If it is not a fit, I will say so.
The way AI worksalso needs to be designed.
The goal is not more leads. It is deciding who to approach, why now, and in what order — before any tool is switched on. Every program runs on these six steps.
Define the ideal customer by industry, size, geography and technical profile.
Find the accounts likely to move now. Probability, not activity volume.
Map the buying committee and the approval path.
Build the argument and the message that fit that structure.
Run email and LinkedIn outbound against it.
Let the response data decide the next move.
AI can automate the work.
Sales Supply decides which work matters.
Built in the field, not in theory.
Autodesk Korea × Lemon Operations
AI Sales Training · iTAS program
An enterprise program for Autodesk Korea's channel partner network, covering the full sales journey — from AI-assisted lead development through pipeline management to upsell and cross-sell. Lemon Operations' iTAS (AI-powered Target Account Selling) programme, localised and delivered for the Korean market.
Partner sales teams moved from feature- and price-led pitching to outcome-based selling, supported by a customer intelligence workflow spanning account enrichment, health scoring, expansion mapping and outreach generation.
“The point was never to use AI. It was to apply AI to understanding customers better and asking sharper questions.”
Built Korea's B2B sales organisation from the ground up to 50+ institutional enterprise clients and $1.3M ARR. Secured a strategic partnership with LG U+, delivering platform distribution to 5M+ users and $430K in licensing revenue, with 157% expansion in a key fiscal year.
Grew annual semiconductor sales from $90K to $1.6M over two years, running cross-border deals end to end — quotation, contract negotiation and compliance.

What practitioners said
“The point that good qualifying lets you build more pipeline from 50 leads than from 300 stayed with me.”
“Honestly, this was the first seminar that dealt so directly with what most B2B salespeople actually struggle with. A good session also reminds you of what you knew but stopped doing.”
“It made clear what to walk away from and what to push hard on. Regardless of experience, anyone would benefit from taking this with a beginner’s mindset and rebuilding from there.”
“The idea of approaching customers like a consultant was the strongest takeaway, and I finally understood why publishing on LinkedIn matters. Time flew — I would recommend it without hesitation.”
“It became clear that the answer is not sending more proposals, but reading the customer’s business stage, decision structure and timing.”
“Separating the causes behind good and bad examples so cleanly let me turn a sales instinct I only felt intuitively into something I could systematise.”
“A lesson in putting yourself in their shoes. A shift of perspective — look at the customer’s problem rather than your own, and say concretely what they actually want to hear.”
“For the parts I had assumed were inherently unstructured and vague, I came away with a thread for making them structured.”

Hi, I'mYoungbin Kim.
I studied economics in Canada and spent the last decade in B2B sales and business development across Shanghai and Seoul. I built a global fitness brand’s B2B organisation in Korea from zero as Country Director, and opened new markets in semiconductors, e-commerce and SaaS. The industries differed; one lesson kept repeating.
Selling is not about doing more.It is about doing it more precisely.
That is why I started Sales Supply — a boutique consultancy covering sales and GTM strategy, positioning, and market entry. Instead of putting a team on it and leaving a deck behind, I work with you directly from first call to execution, and build something your team can act on next week. There is a limit to how many projects I take; the ones I take, I go deep on.
I'm not a consultant who uses AI. I'm a founder building the bridge with AI.
Educated in Canada, seven-plus years living and working in China, now based in Seoul. I speak with decision-makers in Korea, Greater China and North America in their own language — which means designing the selling itself, not translating it.
I write about B2B saleson LinkedIn every week.
Frequently asked questions
Depending on the industry and the product, yes. The default is to leave a working system inside your team through training and coaching — but where the early pipeline has to be built by hand, I will go in on execution. What I do not do is performance-guaranteed contracts. Sales depends on product, pricing and timing, variables I do not control, so promising an outcome serves neither side well. We decide the right format in the first conversation, and if it is not a fit I will say so.
The problems are similar — GTM strategy, positioning, sales architecture. The difference is scale and method. Instead of a team researching and leaving a deck behind, the founder works with you from beginning to end. That makes it faster, less expensive, and scoped only to what you can actually execute. Closer to building what your team can do next week than to producing a beautiful document.
Yes, in both directions. For global companies entering Korea: local ICP definition, channel and partner mapping, localised outreach, and the first reference customers. For Korean companies expanding abroad, the same work in reverse across APAC, Greater China and North America. Having lived and worked in Canada, Shanghai and Seoul, I can speak to decision-makers on both sides directly — this is designing the selling, not company registration or translation.
Not in coaching and advisory work. We review the logic and messaging of your proposal together, but finishing the document stays with your team — that is how the next one gets better. In execution partnerships, outbound assets are sometimes built together. Scope is agreed up front.
It depends on the program, the size of the team and the duration. After reviewing your enquiry I come back within a week with scope, timeline and cost shaped around your situation. Nothing here is a fixed package, so it is more accurate for both of us if I hear the situation first.
Often the opposite — the impact is greatest when you have PoC traction but conversion to paid is unclear. That said, not every enquiry is accepted. As a one-person practice there is a limit on concurrent projects, so I check first whether my experience genuinely applies to your situation.
It does. The training starts from "where in our sales process should AI apply?", not from tool tutorials. Most participants in the Autodesk Korea partner program had little prior AI experience and were applying it to live pipeline within three days.
Both. Workshops and multi-week training benefit from being in the room together, so on-site is recommended. 1:1 coaching and strategy advisory work well online. We arrange it around location and schedule.
Korean, English and Mandarin. I work directly with APAC teams at global vendors and with international companies entering Korea, without interpreters.
What are youtrying to solve?
I read every enquiry and come back individually within a week.
Volume can make the review take a little time — thank you for your patience. Your situation will be read carefully, not skimmed.
